You can look forward to this

In this role, you'll get hands-on with test vehicles – from preparation and sensor setup to executing tests.
You'll work directly on cars, test benches, and in real-world driving conditions, while also collecting and analyzing data.
You'll take ownership of parts of projects, including planning timelines and reporting progress.
Your work will also involve configuring software, flashing ECUs, and integrating mechatronic systems into vehicles.
Along the way, you'll continuously analyze results, identify inconsistencies, and collaborate closely with client development teams to solve real problems.
We value people who think proactively, challenge existing approaches, and bring new ideas to improve testing processes.

We're looking for someone with experience in automotive, service, or testing, who has a strong technical mindset and enjoys solving complex problems.
You should have a genuine passion for cars and modern technologies, a valid Category B driving license, and be comfortable with longer test drives when needed.
Being proactive, communicative, and a strong team player is key.
Since we operate in an international environment, fluent Czech and advanced English are required.
A technical education is a plus, but your mindset and approach matter more than formal qualifications.
