For the internal replacement we are looking for a EVOMOTIVqualified person for the site management in Wolfsburg, who will assume responsibility for the operational and strategic management of our site.

In this role, you will be the central contact person on site, coordinate cross-location issues, represent the site's interests in management, and create a framework in which our teams can work successfully.

What you can look forward to

You are the contact person for new and existing employees: recruitment, hiring and management
You are actively involved in sales: customer acquisition, specification analysis, quotation preparation & coordination of inquiries
You are responsible for the site: building selection, upgrading, CI & TISAX implementation, maintenance
You will take over project coordination at the location
You are responsible for controlling: planning and fulfilling the site BSC
