We are looking for a committed team leader for our Automated Driving division.
Would you like to take on more technical and organizational responsibility and develop innovative solutions in the field of driver assistance systems together with your team?

In this role, you will manage technical topics, coordinate tasks within the team and work closely with department heads and our customers.

What you can look forward to
- You lead projects in the area of driver assistance systems and autonomous driving
- You build, lead and technically develop an interdisciplinary team
- You work operationally in the FAS projects
- You support project acquisition with activities such as customer communication, specification analysis and offer preparation
- You will help develop processes in the areas of Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262
What are our expectations
- Ideally, you have already gained leadership experience and are EVOMOTIVed
- You have several years of professional experience in driver assistance system development
- You have expertise in ADAS
- You like to go the extra mile and look at the result not the problems
- You are very familiar with project management and ideally with agile methods
- You speak fluent German and good English
