Heterogeneous architectures, increasing integration density, and parallel development strands represent the greatest challenges in systems engineering. We address this complexity through model-based systems engineering (MBSE), cross-domain architectures, and end-to-end traceability—from requirements to release.

Calibration today means more than parameterization – it's about the data-driven optimization of complex functional chains. Our EVOs work with model-based calibration approaches, HIL/SIL setups, and automated DOE strategies to ensure parameterization throughout the entire V-model process.

Especially for hybrid and electric drives, driver assistance systems, or cross-domain control units, we rely on closed-loop simulations and big data analysis (e.g., with Python toolchains) to resolve trade-offs between efficiency, safety, and comfort.

In complex E/E architectures, traditional testing strategies quickly reach their limits. We combine model-based test generation, automated regression testing, and continuous verification with HiL/SiL environments to reduce testing effort and maximize coverage.

A special focus is on safety and security: from ISO 26262-compliant protection of safety-critical functions to penetration testing methodology in the automotive security environment.

Validation means proving that systems operate robustly under all constraints. To achieve this, we use data-driven scenario generation, AI-based test case prioritization, and virtual validation environments.
