Last week the now legendary 3rd gourmet event took place at EVOMOTIV and brought a variety of delicious dishes to the table. With almost 20 different dishes, there was something for every taste, and the goal was clear: to show the diversity of international cuisine at a get-together.
Some of our EVOs spent hours in the kitchen preparing their favourite dishes and treating us all to a real feast. The result? An impressive selection of culinary delights that enchanted the senses and took the palate on a journey around the world.
One of the highlights of the evening was the Loobia Polo, a Persian dish with meat and a vegetarian version, accompanied by a refreshing Shirazi salad. Classics such as goulash and Turkish baklava were also included. Exotic dishes such as rice with chicken curry and pineapple and Ouzi Rice took us on a taste journey with oriental flavors. But that's not all: vegan waffles, pralines, apple-cinnamon muffins with almonds, summer rolls with peanut sauce, Mexican chilaquiles, vegetarian kottu roti and wild garlic bread with wild garlic butter and crackers were served, among other things. Each of these dishes helped to demonstrate the diversity and richness of international cuisine and provided culinary highlights during the get-together.
Overall, the 3rd gourmet event at EVOMOTIV a great success and gave us the opportunity to enjoy a variety of delicious food together and broaden our culinary horizons. We are already looking forward to the next event and to making more gastronomic discoveries!
