The Racing team of the University of Stuttgart visited us last week at EVOMOTIV for an intensive workshop. As a proud sponsor of this innovative student association, which has been running since 2006 at the Formula Student We have provided the students with valuable insights and practical knowledge.
After a short introductory session, which included our legendary EVO pretzel, there was an exciting tour of our modern laboratories and test areas where we develop the mobility of tomorrow. This was followed by an introduction to the basics of project management. Our subject matter expert Lucas showed the students how to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team.
The students then presented their business plans. Our EVO colleagues, consisting of Maren, John, Sebastian and Gerhard, led these sessions, in which our management took on the role of judges and evaluated the pitches according to Formula Student guidelines. The video analysis and detailed feedback helped the students to further refine their presentation skills.
The day ended with a shared dinner, which enabled further exchange.
