Last week was a special highlight for us at EVOMOTIV: We had the honor of participating in the 18th Lea SME Award for Social Responsibility in Baden-Württemberg.
The Lea SME Award, which stands for performance, commitment and recognition, is more than just an award. It provides a platform to recognize the outstanding efforts of small and medium-sized companies that place social responsibility and sustainability at the heart of their actions. In the speech by Dr. Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut, Minister for Economic Affairs, Labor and Tourism Baden-Württemberg, it was emphasized: "Economic success and social responsibility are very closely linked." This underlines the importance of commitment beyond one's own economic success for the well-being of others.
The evening was characterized by inspiring stories and motivating impulses. The variety of projects presented showed us how many companies are passionate about social issues. Participation has once again encouraged us to expand our social responsibility activities and create sustainable values.
Even without a nomination, we are proud to be part of this important initiative. The impressions of the evening have encouraged us to continue our commitment to social responsibility. These experiences not only enrich our company, but also attract young talent who value meaningful work and responsible action. Our goal is to shape a sustainable and value-oriented future together with these young talents.
