The EVOMOTIV Academy offers a training system developed by employees for employees. This concept promotes the exchange of knowledge and strengthens the sense of community and the professional and personal competence of our teams. In the first half of 2024, the EVOMOTIV Academy has already achieved impressive success: With 38 training courses offered and over 300 participants, we have impressively demonstrated our commitment to the further training of our employees. Our program continues to grow, with five new training courses and seven new trainers bringing their expertise and experience.

Cam system
Our training concept is based on a cam system, for which we won an education award in 2019. This cam system allows employees to reinvest their cams, which they receive from EVOMOTIV for their professional development, into their further development.
