The EVOMOTIV The career matrix has been completed and will now be used in the annual employee development discussions (MEG).
The career matrix defines the requirements for personal, professional and methodological skills for each career level (junior, middle, senior), which enables an objective assessment. This creates a very high level of transparency for customers and employees. It clearly shows which skills EVOMOTIV Colleagues in the individual specialist areas at the respective career levels have at least. In more detail, the system shows the competency status of each individual EVOMOTIVcolleagues and thus creates the basis for the training and further education plan. Each EVOMOTIV Employees therefore know where they currently stand and what steps are necessary to move up to the next level.

Our social commitment is reflected in our support of various non-profit organizations. Our colleagues are actively involved, for example through actions such as “Cycling for a good cause“. Through such initiatives we collect donations, which we donate to, for example Children's Hospice Munich as well as the support association Helping Hands .
