The EVOMOTIV-Mentor system. New colleagues are supported by an experienced EVOMOTIVler who will help them with any questions and ensure that they feel comfortable from the start. At the end of the introductory day, the mentee gets to know his mentor in an informal atmosphere to clarify initial questions and to discuss the next steps individually. The experiences gained in practice are currently being compiled into a best practice guide that is intended to provide pointers and suggestions for successful mentoring.

Donation
Our social commitment is reflected in our support of various non-profit organizations. Our colleagues are actively involved, for example through actions such as “Cycling for a good cause“. Through such initiatives we collect donations, which we donate to, for example Children's Hospice Munich as well as the support association Helping Hands . We also take part in campaigns such as: Christmas in a shoe boxto make a sustainable contribution to social issues.
